Payment Terms

Refund Policy

1. Services

Clients may request a cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund of any prepaid fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as resources and time have been allocated specifically for your project. Instead, you may request to reschedule the service at no additional fee within 90 days of the original date. To request a cancellation or reschedule, please use our contact form.

2. Digital Products

Digital products, such as downloadable reports and templates, are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded or accessed. Once access or download has occurred, no refund will be granted due to the immediate availability of the product. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form and will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.

3. Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Deferred Services

If you require a postponement of any service, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Postponements are subject to availability and must be booked within 90 days of the original date.

No-Refund Services

Certain customized or expedited services may be non-refundable if they require immediate resource allocation or involve third-party expenses. In such cases, the non-refundable nature of the service will be explicitly stated before purchase, along with an explanation of the justification.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartBizReportt be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
